SMP’s Review of Absolute Thai

Absolute Thai offers a delightful experience for those who love Thai cuisine. I recently visited and tried several dishes, and I was impressed with the flavors.

The Green Curry Chicken stood out with its rich, creamy sauce and tender chicken. It had just the right balance of spice and sweetness, making it a comforting dish.

The Red Curry Beef was equally delicious, with slices of beef cooked perfectly in a fragrant red curry. The flavors were bold, yet not overwhelming.

The Stir-Fried Chicken with Cashew Nuts & Dried Chilies was another favorite. The chicken was juicy, and the cashew nuts added a nice crunch, while the dried chilies gave the dish a slight kick.

I also enjoyed the Hot & Spicy Tom Yam Prawn. The soup was packed with prawns and had a refreshing tangy and spicy flavor that warmed me up instantly.

For dessert, the Mango with Sticky Rice was a sweet end to the meal. The mango was ripe and juicy, perfectly complementing the warm, sticky rice drizzled with coconut milk. It’s a must-try for dessert lovers.
