SMP’s Review of Abundance
I recently visited Abundance and had a fantastic time. The place has a cozy and friendly vibe.
I started with the Gua Bao. The braised pork belly was so tender, and the peanuts and pickles added a nice crunch. It was a great start to my meal.
Next, I tried the Crispy Chicken Bun. The fried chicken thigh was crispy and juicy, and the mango slaw added a refreshing touch. It was one of my favorites.
For the mains, I had the Niu Yolk. The beef fried rice with slow-cooked beef short ribs was incredibly flavorful. The onsen egg on top was perfect. The Crab Fried Rice was also impressive, with generous chunks of crab meat.
The Red Hot Chilli Dumplings Noodles were spicy and tasty. The dumplings were filled with pork and shrimp, and the Sichuan sauce was just right.
I also enjoyed the Taiwanese Beef Noodles. The beef broth was hearty, and the braised beef was tender.
For drinks, I had the Fizzy Lychee Oolong Tea. It was refreshing and paired well with the food. The Mango Beer was also a pleasant surprise. It had a nice fruity flavor.
However, the Herbal Braised Pork Rice was a bit too strong for my taste. The herbal flavors were overpowering, and it wasn’t as enjoyable as the other dishes.
Abundance offers a great dining experience. Most of the dishes were delicious, and the drinks were refreshing. I’ll definitely visit again.
