SMP’s Review of Burger & Lobster
I recently visited Burger & Lobster, and it was a delightful experience. The restaurant offers a cozy and vibrant atmosphere, perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. As a fan of both burgers and seafood, I was excited to try their unique menu items.
I started with the Truffle & Mushroom Croquettes. They were crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, with a delicious truffle aroma.
The Classic Lobster Roll was also a highlight. The lobster meat was fresh and tender, and the lemon mayo added a nice tangy flavor. The toasted brioche roll was buttery and soft, making each bite enjoyable.
For my main course, I tried the B&L Beast Burger. It was a perfect blend of beef patty and lobster meat. The combination of flavors was unique and satisfying. The burger was juicy and well-seasoned, and the truffle mayo added a rich taste. I also had a side of Truffle Fries, which were crispy and had a lovely truffle flavor.
To complement the meal, I ordered the White Sangria. It was refreshing and fruity, a perfect match for the rich flavors of the dishes. The blend of white wine and fruits was delightful and cooling.
I found the Yucatan Chicken Roll a bit disappointing. The chicken was slightly dry, and the spices were not as bold as I expected. It lacked the punch I was hoping for.
