I recently dined at Collin’s , and it was a delightful experience. The menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of dishes that cater to different tastes.
I started with the Tempura Squid Tentacles. They were crispy and flavorful, a great way to kick off the meal. I also had the Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup, which was rich and comforting.
For the main course, I tried the Signature Grilled Chicken Chop with King Prawn. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the prawn added a nice touch of sweetness.
Another standout was the Argentine Black Angus Ribeye Prime Steak. It was cooked to perfection, tender, and full of flavor.
The Singapore Chilli Crab Pasta was a fusion delight, blending local flavors with Italian pasta. I also sampled the Seafood Risotto, which was creamy and packed with fresh seafood.
For sides, the Truffle Parmesan Fries were a hit. Crispy fries with the aroma of truffle and a sprinkle of parmesan, simply irresistible.
