SMP’s Review of Fun Toast
I recently visited Fun Toast and had a delightful experience.
I was excited to try their famous Kaya Butter Toast. The toast was crispy and the kaya spread was rich and fragrant. The soft-boiled eggs on the side were perfectly cooked, making it a great start to my meal.
I also tried the Honey Butter French Toast. It was sweet, buttery, and simply delicious. The Ham & Cheese French Toast offered a savory twist, and I enjoyed every bite.
For something differtent, i ordered the Soya Sauce Chicken Noodle. The chicken was tender and the noodles were well-cooked. It was a hearty and satisfying dish.
To wash it all down, I had the Gula Melaka Coffee. The coffee was strong with a delightful caramel sweetness from the Gula Melaka. I also tried the Honey Grass Jelly Milk Tea. It was refreshing and had a nice balance of flavors with the chewy grass jelly adding a fun texture.
One thing i must have to discuss is that I found the Chee Cheong Fun a bit underwhelming. It lacked the silky smooth texture I was expecting and could use a bit more seasoning.
Overall, my experience at Fun Toast was fantastic. The food and beverages were enjoyable, and the atmosphere was great. Despite the minor flaw with the Chee Cheong Fun, I would definitely return to try more items from their menu. Fun Toast truly offers a wonderful taste of local delights.
