SMP’s Review of Salam Noodles

I recently visited Salam Noodles, and it was a delightful experience as a Malaysian foodie. The moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly cooked noodles hit me, and I knew I was in for a treat.

I started with the Beef Soup Noodle. The broth was rich and flavorful, with tender slices of beef that melted in my mouth. The noodles were perfectly cooked, offering a satisfying bite. I paired it with a glass of iced lemon tea, which complemented the warm, hearty dish perfectly.

Next, I tried the Mutton Curry Soup Noodles. The curry was thick, aromatic, and had just the right amount of spice. The mutton was tender and flavorful, making each spoonful a burst of taste.

The Xinjiang Mutton Roast Stick was another highlight. The skewers were grilled to perfection, with a smoky flavor that added a nice contrast to the noodle dishes.

However, the Dumpling Dry was a bit underwhelming. While the filling was tasty, the dumpling skin was a little too thick for my liking. It lacked the delicate texture I was hoping for.

My visit to Salam Noodles was mostly positive. The food was comforting, and the flavors were authentic. If you’re a noodle lover, this place is worth checking out.
