SMP’s Review of Pasta Panas
I recently visited Pasta Panas and had a delightful experience. The variety of pasta dishes caught my eye, and I was eager to try a few.
I started with the Carbonara (Beef), and it was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. The beef was tender, and the sauce was just the right amount of creamy. It paired perfectly with the Soda Sejuk Tropical, a refreshing blend of orange, lemon, and pomegranate flavors. The drink was a great balance to the richness of the pasta.
Next, I tried the Buttermilk by Carnation (Chicken), and it was a standout dish. The combination of curry leaves, bird’s eye chili, and butter with Carnation milk created a creamy, spicy dish that was full of flavor. The chicken was juicy, and the spice level was just right.
The Spicy Gochujang Mac was another interesting choice. The mix of sweet, tangy, and spicy flavors in the gochujang sauce made it a unique dish.
The Spicy Shoyu Mac didn’t quite meet my expectations. While the flavors were good, it lacked the punch I was hoping for. The dish felt a bit too mild compared to the other vibrant flavors on the menu.
Pasta Panas offers a great range of pasta dishes with unique flavors. Despite the slight letdown with the Spicy Shoyu Mac, the overall experience was enjoyable. The beverages complemented the dishes well, making it a satisfying meal.
