I recently visited Seoul Garden and was excited to try their diverse menu.
Their Ginseng Chicken was a standout. The rich, double-boiled broth with ginseng, chestnut, and tender chicken was both flavorful and nourishing.
The Spicy Beef Hot Plate was a delight for those who love a bit of heat. The beef was sizzling and well-seasoned, and it was a great dish to share.
I also enjoyed the Kimchi Beef Hot Pot. The tangy homemade kimchi paired perfectly with the beef, and the hot pot was full of vibrant flavors.
For a spicy kick, the Spicy Soon Dubu Beef Hot Pot did not disappoint. The combination of spicy tofu and tender beef was fantastic.
I also tried the Chicken Army Stew Hot Pot. It was hearty and satisfying, though the spicy flavor might be a bit intense for some.
