SMP’s Review of Shabu Sai

I recently visited Shabu Sai and had a great time enjoying their hot pot offerings. The selection is fantastic, making it a perfect spot for a hot pot feast.

The beef and pork collar slices are really fresh and tender, ideal for dipping into the hot broth. The Wagyu beef, in particular, stands out with its rich, melt-in-your-mouth texture. I also loved the salmon and king tiger prawns, they were both juicy and flavorful.

I decided to try their Set , which was perfect for our group. It came with a variety of meats, vegetables, and sides, making it a well-rounded meal. The baby abalone was a highlight, adding a touch of luxury to our meal.

The cheese tofu and fish balls are great for adding some extra fun to the hot pot experience. I also enjoyed the range of soups available. The Tonkotsu and Sukiyaki were both hearty and full of flavor.

However, the shrimp paste didn’t quite live up to my expectations. It lacked the strong flavor I was hoping for, so I’d probably skip it next time.

Shabu Sai offers a solid hot pot experience with a variety of tasty options. Their fresh ingredients and flavorful broths make it a great choice for hot pot lovers. I still had a fantastic meal and will definitely return for more.
