SMP’s Review of Silantro

Silantro is a fantastic Tex-Mex spot that truly shines with its bold and vibrant flavors. If you’re into hearty and flavorful dishes, this place is a must-visit.

I started with the Lucha Tacos Completo, which features a trio of meats. Each taco was packed with a generous amount of fillings and had a great balance of flavors.

The Chicken Burrito was another highlight, offering a delicious mix of tender chicken and flavorful ingredients wrapped in a soft tortilla. The Beef & Lengua Burrito was equally satisfying, with its rich and savory meat combination.

For something a bit lighter, the Cheese Quesadilla was perfect. It had a crispy exterior and was loaded with melted cheese, making every bite a cheesy delight.

The Beef Quesadilla was also impressive, with a hearty beef filling that paired well with the melted cheese.

From the main course, the Grilled Porkchop was a standout. It was perfectly cooked, with a smoky flavor that complemented the savory seasoning.

The Grilled Mahi-Mahi was another great choice, offering a fresh and flavorful option that balanced well with the sides.

To cool down the heat from the flavorful dishes, I enjoyed the Mango Shake, which was refreshing and a nice complement to the meal. The House Blend Iced Tea was also a great choice, light and crisp.

I found that Pancholon’s Burger didn’t quite hit the mark. It was decent but didn’t stand out as much as the other items.

Silantro delivers a fantastic Tex-Mex experience with its flavorful tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and hearty main courses. It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re craving a vibrant and satisfying meal.
