SMP’s Review of Eighteen Chefs
I had the chance to visit Eighteen Chefs and dive into their diverse menu.
Starting with the starters, I enjoyed the Truffle Fries which were crispy and aromatic, perfect for whetting the appetite. The Popcorn Chicken was a delight, crispy and seasoned just right.
For the main course, the Carbonara with Sous Vide Egg stood out. The creamy sauce and perfectly cooked egg made it a satisfying choice.
The Salted Egg Crispy Chicken Burger was a standout with its rich, savory flavor and crispy texture. On the other hand, the Shimeiji Mushroom & Asparagus Aglio Olio was good but didn’t have the robust flavor I was hoping for.
When it comes to their hearty fried rice options, the Chicken with Coconut Sambal was excellent. The combination of spicy sambal and coconut gave it a unique twist.
For dessert, the Black Beauty was a rich and indulgent end to the meal. Beverages were well done too. The Iced Lemon Tea was refreshing and not too sweet, and the Oreo Freeze was a sweet treat.
